Transition to Low-Risk (Yellow) Phase (Effective May 16)
Governor Herbert announced that effective at 12:01 a.m. on Saturday, May 16th, most of the State of Utah will transition from the moderate-risk (orange) phase to the low-risk (yellow) phase of the State's COVID-19 response (Grand, Summit, and Wasatch county, Salt Lake City, and West Valley City will remain in the moderate-risk phase).
