Nominations for the 2025 Landscape Beautification Awards program are now open. Check back soon for the winners! 

This program was created to recognize and honor the noteworthy landscapes in Cottonwood Heights which add character to our community. In recent years, the program has also emphasized those landscapes which are not only beautiful, but also sustainable. 

• Nominations closed at 5:00 p.m. on September 26, 2025. 
• The city council will review the nominations in the first week of October and select a residential winner from each of the four council districts. The Mayor will select one commercial winner from the entire city. 
• All winners will receive a prize and be awarded a certificate of recognition at a October City Council meeting. Pictures of the winning properties will be displayed on the city website.
