Short Term Rental (Conditional use application) process

Step 1: Review the code and check your property meets all the STR required
Step 2: Submit the STR conditional use application.
Step 3: Pay the fee and set up the public hearing time.
Step 4: The city will send out a public hearing notice and post the staff report and meeting agenda.
Step 5: Attend Administrative Hearing in city hall office
Step 6: Complete the necessary steps to obtain a business license, including passing the inspection.
