Citizen Budget Committee – Now Accepting Applications

The City of Cottonwood Heights is seeking interested residents to serve on the Citizen Budget Committee. This committee plays an important advisory role by reviewing the City’s budget, learning how municipal finances work, and providing feedback and recommendations for City Council consideration.

Applicants must be residents of Cottonwood Heights and be willing to collaborate with fellow committee members in the best interest of the community. Members should also be able to commit time to review materials and attend weekly meetings held Wednesdays at 4:00 PM at City Hall, beginning Wednesday, February 11, 2026.

Application Deadline: Monday, February 2, 2026 at 5:00 PM (end of business day)
