EARTHQUAKE RECOVERY IN UTAH
March 2020 Magna Earthquake
As we begin the recovery efforts of the 5.7 earthquake that occurred on March 18, we would like community members to do a visual assessment of their home or business.
Steps to take
- Look for cracks in the foundation
- Look for damage to exterior or interior walls, including cracks, ceiling and floor issues, lighting damage, windows and doors that do not open properly and roof damage
- Take photos to document the damage
- Contact your city if you need assistance
