File a Street Maintenance Request

Filing a Street Maintenance request is simple.  Please e-mail Mike Allen, Public Works operations Manager at Mallen@cottonwoodheights.utah.gov or visit E-Better Place.   Your e-mail needs to include the following:

     Reason for request/type of street problem

     Location (cross street if applicable)

     Any other details that may be useful

     Your name and contact information

You will recieve a response within 48 business hours.
